Barometer coming from a collection belonged to a Tuscan nobleman born in 1930 in Africa, where his parents were at the time owned a cotton plantation in the Congo, and this fact could be the reason of his future passion for the African continent. He had a very adventurous life, marked by numerous travels around the world: he has crossed racing the Atlantic ocean, he has practiced deep-sea fishing in Greenland, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, Norway , Florida, Costa Rica, Argentina. Australia and New Zealand have been his last trips following the America's Cup. In addition to being a great traveler he was also a passionate collector, probably because his many different collectibles and the thousands of photographs took him back to the memories of his travels; he has collected such as barometers (the first one bought in London in 1951), knives, African masks and statues, cameras, compasses, pins, pocketknives, etc.

Other countries: delivering on the average in 5 weekdays; custom duties charged to the buyer.
